However, I discovered that the X10 can be stuck on thicker rug, and then crash loudly over them and sometimes pushing its front brush into the rugs.

Overall it's a top quality robo vacuum and mop that's disappointing due to a confusing app. Unlike the iRobot app that guides you through the process of setting up your robot and instructing you how to use it but the Eufy Clean app leaves you to figure it out on your own. It's still a great alternative, though, and offers plenty of customizability for those looking to get the most of its features.
